Ma & Company Solicitors, founded in 1997, specializes in Property Law, Business Law and Commercial Litigation, Family Law, Criminal Law and Immigration Law.   We have been assisting local and overseas clients in their property and business transactions as well as dispute resolutions for over 20 years.  We have maintained a strong affiliation with the local firms, banks and real estate industry in order to keep ourselves informed about all facets and also enable us to provide the best truthful legal advice in your transactions.

Over the years, we have built a huge client base of individuals as well as big and small businesses in Sydney, Melbourne, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore. We also understand that language barriers can often make living in Australia a daunting experience for new migrants.  As a bilingual firm, we insist that all our Chinese clients be provided with our Chinese letters and reports if they desire so that they may understand their legal rights without being subjected to the language difficulties.  We can also represent clients in all jurisdictions across Australia, providing a one-stop access for all your legal enquiries of all states in Australia.

Our Mission & Values

Ma & Company Solicitors was founded by our Principal, Mr. Ronald Ma in Sydney.   Our Founder named the company with his last name as “Ma” which in Chinese is equivalent to “Horse”, symbolizing our strength, courage and energy.  

Our mission is to provide high quality legal services by taking genuine interest of our clients through full understanding of clients’ needs, and maintain the highest standards of professional integrity.  In pursuit of this mission, we always hold to these values:
